I want to register for the Saturday Morning 5k. How do I sign up? You can sign up for the 5k when you purchase your 'Ticket' for the conference on the Eventbrite page. Select the 'Register for Saturday Morning 5k' Ticket, in addition to the Ticket you purchase to attend the conference.
I want to attend an Endowment/Baptism session. How do I reserve a spot? You can reserve an Endowment/Baptismal session spot when you purchase your 'Ticket' for the conference on the Eventbrite page. Select the 'Reserve spot in Endowment session' or 'Reserve spot in Baptism session' Ticket, in addition to the Ticket you purchase to attend the conference.
Many people from my stake plan to come to the conference. Can I get tickets for my whole group in one purchase? Possibly. Please email [email protected] to work out group purchasing arrangements.
What kind of housing is available in Nauvoo? Housing arranged through the registration process is in the Nauvoo Villas - included in the housing price are Free High Speed Internet, Family-friendly Cable TV, Bed & Bath Linens, and Central Air Conditioning - they are fully furnished, including a kitchen or kitchenette! If you would like to find your own housing, feel free.
Where should I go when I first arrive in Nauvoo? Please check in at the Pageant Headquarters, where you will meet registration staff and receive information about the conference.
I can make it to/from Nauvoo, but do not have transportation once I arrive. How will I get around? A shuttle service will be provided at the conference. Please contact Ashley Davidson at 13ashleynicole13[at]gmail[dot]com if you plan to use the shuttle service so that adequate transportation can be provided.
I have food allergies - do I need to bring my own meals? No, you do not. Please reach out to Jamie Steen at steenjamie[at]gmail[dot]com to discuss your allergies and make alternate meal arrangements as necessary.
Do I need to dress up for both dances? No. Since YSA will be arriving from long and far on Friday, the Dance Instruction + Dance will be casual wear. Please dress up for the Keynote Speaker and Saturday Dance. Business Casual or nicer would be appropriate: for men, a button-up, collared shirt and slacks; for girls, a nice shirt and skirt/slacks, or a dress.
Do I need to wear a costume to the Saturday dance? No. Costumes are welcome, but please do not wear them to the Keynote Speaker's address.
Registration is closed, but I want to attend the conference. Can I still come? You can still attend the conference. Housing is not assured for those registering after the registration deadline, and conference/housing fees will still be applicable. Email [email protected] for more information.
Why is admission free for members of the planning stakes? The planning stakes contribute fixed sums from their YSA program budgets to help pay for the conference. This offsets the personal expense of planning-stake YSA attending the conference.
